Lerato is the Executive Producer at Urithi. Having read and applied the principles of Think and Grow Rich for almost ten years, Lerato is part of both the Napoleon Hill Foundation and is a Certified Napoleon Hill Institute coach. She is also a International Coach Federation Certified Transformation Coach.
